Solution
Theia built the Festoverse digital showroom in Unreal Engine, replicating the Festo Automation Experience (AX) and the Cobot robotic arm as a real-time virtual experience.
The virtual demo solved several problems at once. Trade shows are expensive and geographically limited. Festoverse reaches a global audience at a fraction of the cost, without booth rentals, travel, or set schedules.

It's available 24/7, so customers engage on their own schedule rather than within a trade show window. The experience goes deeper than a typical booth demo: videos, 3D models, and interactive simulations let users explore Festo's products at their own pace.
Theia also created lifelike avatars to guide visitors through the experience and explain key points of the experience.

Festoverse also works as a training platform for both new and existing customers. When Festo updates the AX or the Cobot, the virtual experience can be updated without rebuilding everything from scratch.
Outcome
Festoverse replaced a trade show dependency with something that works year-round. Festo's clients and prospects can access the experience on their own schedule, from anywhere. New products and updates get added without waiting for the next event. The Festoverse redefines client onboarding, training, and engagement for Festo, showcasing their commitment to innovation, reliability, and sustainability in industrial automation.
