Design Review Visualization
Harley-Davidson's internal design team needed a faster way to review new models and test variations without waiting on physical prototypes or multi-day render pipelines. They came to Theia to build a visualization tool that their designers could actually work with on a daily cadence.

Solution

Theia built a real-time visualization template designed specifically for Harley-Davidson's internal design workflow. The brief wasn't a polished consumer-facing showroom — it was a production tool. Designers needed to load a configuration, review it in VR at full fidelity, evaluate finish options and design variations, and cycle through iterations quickly. The template was built to be repeatable and deployable without going back to an external team for every change.
Outcome

Design reviews that previously required physical mockups or days of rendering can now happen the same day a variation is proposed. Because the template is built to be reused, Harley-Davidson's team controls the cadence. Faster decisions, fewer costly late-stage changes, and a design review process built for the speed their internal team actually works at.
