Solution
Theia created a 1:1 scale digital twin of the ThinkStation PX, co-designed with Aston Martin. The build used complex 3D CAD data and NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise, with Theia working alongside Lenovo's in-house design teams across multiple countries.
The final experience runs in Unreal Engine 5 and ships three ways: a desktop application, pixel streaming for browser access, and VR headset. Customers can explore the workstation without needing a physical prototype.
The digital twin changed how Lenovo's sales team presents the product. Instead of static 3D renders and spec sheets, customers interact with the workstation in a full virtual environment. During the pandemic, virtual demos like this became the only way manufacturing companies could show their products at all.

Outcome
The digital twin expanded Lenovo's reach and made the workstation accessible to buyers who would never have seen a physical unit. It also cut the carbon footprint of pre-sales by reducing the need to ship prototypes to events and offices around the world.
