Solution
Theia built an interactive education and sales tool for the Outlander PHEV that lets users configure their ideal vehicle and explore its features in depth. The experience goes well beyond a standard configurator. It's designed to explain the PHEV's technology, not just display colors and trim options.
Users can explore the drivetrain, understand how the charging system works, and see how the vehicle's features interact. The platform currently supports the 2024 and 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and is built to grow, with Mitsubishi's broader Canadian lineup being added progressively.

Key Features
Using CAD data provided by Mitsubishi, Theia ensured the Outlander PHEV was modeled with exceptional detail. Every aspect of the vehicle, from its exterior design to interior features, was represented with the highest accuracy.
Users can explore various trims, colors, and additional features, allowing them to configure their ideal version of the Outlander. After customizing their vehicles, users can capture and share images on social media, driving organic brand promotion and increasing engagement.

Results
Mitsubishi Canada now has a sales and education tool that works outside the dealership, accessible online, available across devices, and capable of telling the technical story that a crowded showroom floor often can't. Buyers arrive better informed, which means the conversations that do happen in person are more productive.
As additional models are brought into the platform, the value compounds. Mitsubishi isn't rebuilding from scratch each time, they're extending a system already built around their brand and workflow.
