Digital showrooms, product platforms, and training for industrial companies.
We work with manufacturers who need to show complex products without shipping physical units. Always-on digital showrooms, B2B sales platforms, and product visualization tools that run on the web.
Selected Clients
Capabilities
Services for manufacturing & industrial.
The right mix depends on the audience, source data, and where the finished experience needs to run.
Digital Twins
1:1 scale photoreal replicas of products and environments.
Virtual Showrooms
Interactive 3D environments for product showcases and sales.
Product Configurators
Live 3D configurators where buyers pick colors, materials, and options in real time.
Training & Simulation
Training platforms and simulations that run on any device.
Visualization & Rendering
Photoreal and stylized rendering for product, architectural, and marketing visuals.

Pixel streaming puts Unreal Engine in any browser. No download required.
From source material to production.
01
Define
We document the audience, business goal, source material, technical constraints, and measures of success.
02
Prepare
We review CAD, BIM, product data, references, and existing systems, then establish the production and integration pipeline.
03
Build and review
We deliver work in reviewable stages so subject-matter experts can check content, interactions, and visual accuracy throughout production.
04
Deploy and support
We package for the agreed platforms, validate the production environment, and provide handoff documentation and support as needed.
Why teams in manufacturing & industrial come to us.
Industrial products are hard to sell remotely. They're large, complex, and expensive to ship. Trade shows are limited to a few days a year. Legacy systems hold product data hostage. Sales teams rely on spec sheets and static PDFs when they need something interactive.
How we solve it.
Always-on showrooms
Replace the trade show booth with a virtual experience that's available 24/7 and doesn't require travel.
B2B sales platforms
Pull product data from legacy systems and present it through modern configurators that sales teams actually want to use.
Training platforms
Train distributors and customers on complex equipment without shipping units or flying people in.
Product visualization
Interactive 3D models that show exactly how the product works, down to the component level.
Manufacturing & Industrial Projects
Industrial Automation Showroom
Festo
Festo, a global leader in industrial automation, partnered with Theia to build the Festoverse digital showroom, replacing trade show demos with an always-on virtual experience.
Nutopia Product Visualization
Mohawk Group
Theia has created several VR experiences for Mohawk Group, the commercial division of flooring industry giant Mohawk Industries, from imaginative virtual reality environments for product launches at trade shows to flooring configurators and virtual simulations of customer spaces for sales presentations.
Personal Studio B2B Platform
Mohawk Group
Mohawk Group is one of the largest flooring manufacturers in the world, but their B2B sales process was entirely manual. Every enterprise order kicked off a slow, expensive cycle of physical sample creation. Product specs lived in AS400 legacy systems. Theia was brought in to change that end to end.
ThinkStation PX Digital Twin
Lenovo
Lenovo partnered with Theia to create a 1:1 scale digital twin of the ThinkStation PX. Delivered via desktop application, pixel streaming, and VR.
Being able to bring Lenovo designers, collaboration partners, global manufacturing sites and now our own sales teams and customers together to view a single source of truth has been fantastic.

Before a project starts.
What can you build for manufacturing & industrial teams?
Projects may include Digital Twins, Product Configurators, Training & Simulation, and Backend Infrastructure. We determine the right format and delivery platform during discovery.
What do you need from our team to get started?
We usually begin with the source material you already have: CAD or BIM files, product data, reference media, technical requirements, and the intended audience. If something is missing, we identify the gap during discovery and account for it in the scope.
Does every project require VR?
No. The delivery platform follows the use case. A project may run in a browser, as a desktop application, on a headset, or across several platforms.
Can the experience connect to existing systems?
Yes, when integration is part of the scope. We can connect to product data, authentication, analytics, learning platforms, operational APIs, and other business systems after reviewing the available interfaces and security requirements.
